A & B Foundry LLC uses your personal information for internal purposes only, such as confirming or tracking your order, confirming your receipts of emails, and informing you of new products services, offers, and so on. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of any organization contracted in the fulfillment of an order shipment, or other than as required by law. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. At a minimum, we will always give you the opportunity to opt out of receiving such direct email contact. If you opt-in to be added to a mailing list, we will email you until you opt-out. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to the credit card processor in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. PRIVACY POLICY CONSENT, UPDATES AND CONTACT INFORMATION 

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time and all updates will be posted on this page. This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline. By using our website, you consent to our privacy policy. Policy changes will apply only to information collected after the date of the change. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy policy that do not affect user information already collected through our site, we will post a prominent notice on our website notifying users of the change. PAYMENT TERMS

Net 15 - 30 days upon established credit. When no credit has been established, most orders will be cash in advance, or may require a deposit. A&B Foundry also accepts credit cards and wire transfers, fees applied.

SALES/USE TAXES 

Prices are subject to taxes assessed by the state, county, city, or other taxing authority at place of delivery. We must have a sales tax exemption certificate on file for resale customers for each state to which product will be shipped.

REFUND, RETURN, CANCELLATION 

Return of material is not allowed without prior verbal or written authorization by an A&B Representative.  Prices are current at the time of quote and are subject to change at any time without notice. If a product will be returned, we highly recommend that you insure all return products and use a trackable shipping method as refunds cannot be issued for items damaged or lost.

It is the responsibility of the customer to report lost or damaged items on the shipping papers at the time of receipt.  A & B Foundry LLC is not responsible for reimbursing or replacing material not properly identified as lost or damaged in not documented properly as time of receipt. We have outlined the following guidelines to help make your return a smooth and seamless experience: 

Order Changes and Cancellations

• All changes and cancellations on previously acknowledged orders must first be phoned in to us and then followed up in writing within 24 hours. Please carefully review your project proof before approving to avoid timely delays. If we have followed your approved specifications and you require a change, you may incur additional costs. Customers will be advised of additional costs before changes are made. Cancellations are subject to all labor and material charges up to the time of cancellation.  

Non-Custom Orders

• Our return policy allows customers to return any item within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund, minus a 20% restocking fee. The item must be returned in new and unused condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories for a full refund. Any item returned after 7 days of purchase will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If your product is found to be defective, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase to arrange an exchange or refund. Failure to do so shall constitute acceptance and a waiver of any defects, errors or shortages.  We require the defective item to be returned to us for inspection before processing a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Custom Orders/Special Orders

• Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of the order. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the item is shipped. Cancellations are not accepted on custom orders. All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

International Orders Custom or Non-Custom

• Internationally shipped items are not returnable or refunded.

INSTALL, SHIPPING, DELIVERY 

When installing metal products near or in any body of water, we suggest you check with your local building codes. 

If CAD (Computer Aided Design) drawings are supplied with your product, the drawings represent approximate product dimensions.  Actual product size must be verified by the installer of the product in the field.

Please be assured that your items will ship out within 5 business days of purchase if the items are in stock. If not in stock, we will provide a product expectation date.  

For shipping, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carrier used is United Parcel Service (UPS). (Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.) Prices listed do not include freight. All items are F.O.B. plant of manufacture. 

International orders will be shipped UPS International. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: 

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Ground shipping is standard within the continental United States. Please contact us for alternate methods of shipments.  All product weights are approximate.

WARRANTY 

A & B Foundry LLC stands behind our products. There is a LIFETIME warranty on some products dependent upon application.  Our warranty is extended only to purchasers acquiring the product directly from A&B Foundry or its authorized contractors/distributors.  

A&B Foundry’s obligation is limited to repair or replacement, at our option, F.O.B. A&B plant. No other warranty expressed or implied is granted. A&B is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages associated with use, removal, or re-installation.
